• ITENERARY: 08:00AM Getting an early start, we shall travel 150 km east from Siem Reap to reach this tranquil setting, blissfully free of crowds. On the way visit Kampong Kdei 1000 Years NAGA Bridge (Ancient bridge was built during Angkor Period) and then straight to Sambo Village to explore temple. 
• SAMBOR PREI KUK was constructed in the late 6th century making it even older than Angkor. There are three main complexes to the site - North, South and Central. The octagonal shaped temples found here are quite unique to this site and are not found elsewhere. SAMBOR PREI KUK could be thought of as the “drawing board” for the Khmer architects when they constructed Angkor 150 years later.
• Kampong Thom is a large city 35km to the north of the temple site and we’ll have lunch there, enjoy some sightseeing and relax. Once finished, we’ll travel back to Siem Reap on National Road 6 through the countryside at a leisurely pace.
